The DeepCool Z10 thermal paste has an easy-to-apply consistency and good thermal conductivity for demanding processing equipment. Its high-quality thermal compound, created for high-performance CPU & GPU components, increases heat transfer and dissipation. For better heat conductivity, a smooth consistency makes application easier and aids in filling in all of the microchannels between surfaces. The operating temperature range of Z10 Thermal Paste is -50°C to 200°C. Its thermal conductivity is greater than 6.5 W/m K. Thermal impedance measures at 0.08°C/cm2/W. DeepCool Z10 is a very stable thermal compound that won’t damage your computer’s components or conduct electricity. The DeepCool Z10 Thermal Paste has no warranty.
